About Me

I am a dedicated and passionate person-centred counsellor with a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals on their journey towards personal growth and wellbeing. My approach to counselling is deeply rooted in the belief that every person possesses the inherent ability to overcome challenges and achieve their goals, given the right support and understanding.

In my practice. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to build trust and rapport with my clients, allowing them to feel seen and heard, creating  a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their emotions and thoughts.

I always knew that I wanted to be a therapist from a young age. I always felt destined to be a counsellor.  I have always been someone that sees the enormous potential in people and I get so much joy and fulfilment from helping others. I believe that each person's story is unique and I approach each session with an open mind and heart, walking alongside my clients as they uncover their truths and work through their struggles.

I am not afraid to go into the dark to help others see the light. There is nothing more fulfilling for me on that journey with  them.

Ultimately, my mission as a person-centred counsellor is to empower individuals to reconnect with their true selves and achieve their fullest potential.

My journey began with a desire to make a positive impact on mental health and well-being, and we continue to do so by offering professional and empathetic counselling services tailored to each clients individual needs.
